Brett Roesch

Brett Roesch spent his first career in the military. He then went on to receive four majors and three minors from Portland State University and an Associates degree from Portland Community College. Brett is a veteran of both the Army and Navy. Brett has a mission to serve with integrity and respect. The transition to being your Broker is seamless due to the values learned during his service to our country. Brett will assist you with the utmost respect during your selling or buying process. Brett served his country and would now like to serve you in attaining the American Dream.Brett has lived in the Rip City metro area since 1992. Being a Portland Trail Blazers fanatic, Brett is all in and hopes to see them win another championship. Brett loves to cook for his friends and family; usually something smoked from his Traeger grill. Brett recently picked up the sport of pickleball and plays at least once a day. He says he gets the most of his workout during games from laughing with his fellow members of the Columbia River Pickleball Club - Vancouver Chapter. Chief, a German Shepherd with boundless energy and a playful spirit is the newest member of Brett's family. Brett is most proud of his three children: who are all attaining post graduate degrees. There are no other people Brett prefers to "hang with" more than his children and his dog, Chief.

Brett has always had an interest in real estate which led him to become a mortgage broker in Oregon & WA. Brett just made the step to also be a licensed realtor in the state of Washington. With Brett you get an advocate with a combination of intense focus and a joyful spirit. He loves to make people feel taller, and believes they grow best in sunshine and grace. Why did you choose to become a Mortgage Loan Officer?
I believe in service. I want to continue serving our clients with the same respect and integrity that I served with as a Soldier to our country.

Where is your favorite place in town to eat, and what do you get there?
My favorite place to eat in town is the Uptown Barrel Room. My favorite menu item is the steak dinner paired with the Perfect Manhattan.

Who is your hero and why?
My heroes are the men and women who serve and sacrifice for our nation domestically and internationally - "Some gave all, all gave some."

What does your dream Saturday look like?
My dream Saturday is spent with friends and family over a meal I prepared for them. The time is only a success if everyone contributes to the five essential ingredients: 1. Good company 2. Good food 3. Good drink 4. Good music 5. Good humor
